Born and raised in Southern California, Sylvia is one of five children who learned early-on the value of negotiation and hard work. Before becoming a Real Estate Professional , Sylvia spent eight years working for Nordstrom department stores in various management positions. Here is where she learned the philosophy that customer service is a culture and is embedded in all aspects of a business transaction.

After 27 years as a Real Estate professional she continues to exercise these values and creates a positive experience for all her clients. These values and a solid knowledge of the California Real Estate Market are how she has earned "Hall of Fame" status year after year since 1995
