Born and raised in Southern California, Sylvia Harsin is one of five children who learned at a very young age the value of negotiation and hard work. During her career, she has striven to embed four critical standards into her profession: Service, Loyalty, Honesty, and Integrity. These four values are the pillars of her professional mantra.

Before becoming a dedicated Real Estate Professional, Sylvia spent eight years working in retail management for Nordstrom department stores in various management positions. The time she spent working in retail management at Nordstrom taught her the perpetual business philosophy that customer service is a culture that is embedded in all aspects of a business transaction. This knowledge has become a platform in Sylvia's interactions with clients who are making the critical decision of purchasing a new home or any kind of Real Estate property.

In fact, this philosophy has continued to hold strong and true with Sylvia along her 35-year career path as a Real Estate professional. Sylvia has proven that there is nothing she enjoys more than helping people reach their goals! She continues to exercise these values and creates a positive experience for all her clients.
